Absolutely. We have strict safety policies, and all our activities are carefully risk-assessed. Our instructors are trained in first aid, safeguarding, and outdoor safety.

❓ What if my child has a medical condition or additional needs?
We strive to be inclusive and can often adapt activities to suit individual needs. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.

❓ How do you handle emergencies?
All instructors are first aid trained, and we have designated first aid stations on-site. If a child needs medical attention, parents will be contacted immediately.

❓ What if my child is nervous or has never done these activities before?
That’s completely fine! Our instructors create a supportive and encouraging environment where children can take part at their own pace. We help build confidence step by step.
