9:30 AM – Arrival & Welcome

  • Welcome and Introduction: Brief overview of the day’s activities, objectives, and safety guidelines.

10:00 AM – Warm-Up Activity: The Trust Circle

  • Goal: Build trust and encourage communication.

10:30 AM – Activity 1: Shelter Building Challenge

  • Goal: Develop problem-solving, teamwork, and creativity.

11:30 AM – Activity 2: Archery & Focus Challenge

  • Goal: Improve focus, patience, and precision.

12:15 PM – Lunch Break

  • Lunch provided. Relax and recharge. Opportunity for informal discussions.

1:00 PM – Activity 3: Problem-Solving Team Challenges

  • Goal: Enhance collaboration, communication, and leadership.

2:00 PM – Activity 4: Low Ropes & Trust Walk

  • Goal: Strengthen trust, communication, and teamwork.

2:45 PM – Reflection & Group Discussion

  • Group Reflection: Gather to share thoughts on the activities, what they learned about themselves and their colleagues, and how the skills from the day could be applied in their teaching practice.

3:15 PM – Closing & Feedback

  • Wrap up with thank yous and a group photo.
